With prior booking, We invite you to embark on a unique journey through the world of viticulture and oenology, exploring emblematic wines from Portugal and other internationally renowned regions. In the intimacy of Casa 6, every detail is carefully thought out to awaken all the senses.
The experience includes a guided tasting led by an experienced winemaker, who will share stories of the harvest, production techniques and curiosities that make each wine a unique narrative.

Pedro Vasconcellos e Souza
He has a degree in Viticulture from the Changins School of Viticulture and Oenology in Switzerland and a Master's in Oenology (DNO) from the University of Montpellier in France. Pedro began his career at the Grézillac Laboratory as an oenology consultant in the Saint-Émilion and Entre-Deux-Mers region (Bordeaux). He returned to Portugal in 1991, where he co-founded the Casa de Santar wine brand, taking on the role of Director and Winemaker until 2006.
He was a member and Vice-President of the Dão Regional Wine Commission, Grand Master of the Dão Oenophile Brotherhood and President of the Dão and Lafões Producers Association. Pedro founded the Herdade do Freixo wine project in the Alentejo from scratch and, since 2018, together with his brother José Luís, he has created the Santar Vila Jardim (Gardens and Wines) project, which brings together the vineyard gardens of the Casa dos Condes de Santar and Magalhães, Hotel Valerde, Ibérico Nogueira and Magnólia.
The requalification of these wine-growing plots (terroirs) gave rise to the wines Memórias de Santar and Santar Vila Jardim, which bear Pedro's signature.
